The Outreach Service Agreement (OSA) establishes the terms and agreements between the Outreach Site Organization and the High Performance Computing Modernization Program Office (HPCMPO) for use of the Outreach Service. It documents the guidelines and procedures to be observed by the site organization and constitutes the contract between the Site Organization and the HPCMPO.
