As soon as an intern has accepted the position, they can expedite the on-boarding process by beginning the items on the Onboarding Checklist and briefly outlined below.

Security Questionnaire

Interns can use the links below to begin gathering information for the appropriate Questionnaire (NACI or Clearance)

SF85 Questionnaire for Non-Sensitive Positions for a NACI
SF86 Questionnaire for National Security Positions if a clearance is required.

pIE Account

Interns should fill out the New Account Request Form and HPCMP User Agreement Form, then work with the host organization's S/AAA to apply for a pIE account. 

IA Training

All interns must complete DoD Information Assurance Training and submit a signed certificate to their host organization’s S/AAA. They may complete either the Cyber Awareness Challenge at the link below OR specific IA training required by the DoD host organization.
